After a positive first half of the year Colt is delighted to announce that has just acquired a brand new Colt DCS site in Frankfurt!

Frankfurt remains a key market for Colt and one where it’s seeing incredibly strong demand in the market for co-location opportunities, which require large contiguous space. The acquisition of this site means that Colt will be able to offer large scale capacity and connectivity rich solutions in a known data center hot spot . The construction will begin once Colt has secured a large anchor tenant for the facility.

This brand new 8,000m² carrier neutral data center will be built within a prime location near to the city center using the latest innovations to modular data center design. The data center itself will contain 12 data halls which will be designed to deliver 18MW of IT capacity
